What you buy

A personal licence to use the PromptWorkAI operator kit for 365 days from payment: access to the desk, the pack form, the calibrated source base, the operator prompt with its modes, the ATS recipes, the PDF generator and follow-up. It is digital content delivered immediately, with no physical medium.

The kit does not include consulting hours, hand-written letters or the sending of applications by us. You operate on your machine with the AI tool of your choice; the cost of that tool is not included.

Price and payment

The price is shown in US dollars (USD) on the price page before you pay, including taxes where they apply. It is paid once, through Stripe Checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees if your account is not in USD.

Promotion codes are entered on Stripe's payment page. They are personal, cannot be combined and may be withdrawn without notice.

Delivery and activation

Access is activated when Stripe confirms the charge. With a card this is usually immediate; with a bank transfer it can take days. Activation is verified with Stripe, not from the return URL parameter. If you have paid and the desk is not active within 24 hours, write to us from your account email.

Right of withdrawal

The provider is in the United Arab Emirates, whose consumer law provides no withdrawal period for digital content delivered immediately. As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. This kit is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before you pay we ask you to expressly agree that delivery starts at that moment and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). That is why there are no refunds once access is activated.

If Stripe never confirms the charge, nothing is activated and there is nothing to refund.

Licence and prohibited uses

The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not:

• — Resell, share, publish or redistribute the prompt, the recipes, the atlas or the base, in whole or in part.
• — Use the kit to send applications on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, or to automate mass submissions without human review.
• — Enter false data in a job application form. The kit itself forbids it: if a form forces you to lie, it is not submitted.
• — Attack, overload or mass-scrape the public sources in the atlas, or bypass a CAPTCHA or an access wall.

Account

You are responsible for your password and for the use of your account. You can ask to close it at any time; closing it does not generate a refund. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is used for unlawful purposes.

Warranty and liability

We are responsible for the kit working as described on the site. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or specific results: they depend on your profile, your work and third parties. Figures shown on the site are observed averages, not a promise.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing above limits the rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country.

Changes to the service

We improve the kit often (new sources, modes, recipes). Changes apply to your access at no cost. If we substantially remove a part of the kit during your access period, we tell you.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer. For any complaint write first to hola@promptworkai.app: most are solved that way. If you live in the EU you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
