What this is

PromptWorkAI sells a digital job-search kit: a data pack you fill in, a base of public sources calibrated to that pack, and an operator prompt you run on your own machine with the language model of your choice. The service does not send applications on your behalf, does not create accounts on job portals and does not access your email.

Intellectual property

The operator prompt, the ATS recipes, the source atlas and the site copy are the provider's work and are protected by intellectual property law. A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them in your own job search. Reselling, redistributing, publishing or bundling the kit or the base into another product is not permitted.

Company, register and regulator names in the base belong to their owners and appear only as public sources of information.

Liability

The kit is a tool. Results depend on your profile, on how you use it and on third parties we do not control (employers, job portals, language models). We do not guarantee interviews or job offers. You review and send every application; you are responsible for what you declare in a form.

The provider is not liable for the availability or accuracy of the linked public sources, nor for the third-party tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Stripe) in which you operate.

Governing law

The provider is established in the United Arab Emirates and these terms are governed by its law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your domicile.
